At One chiropractic health individual care plans are designed for your health and spinal concerns. We will examine you carefully and consider your medical and health history, your initial examination will consist of movement of your spine, a neurological assessment to determine how well your nerves exit your spine and muscle strength and you may require spinal x-rays or further scans for a thorough spinal diagnosis to be determined. Based upon your analysis your chiropractic program will consist of chiropractic adjustments tailored to your condition, soft tissue muscle release and some massage therapy as well as rehabilitative exercise and nutrition advice.
